Jeremiah 29:26-28

²⁶ The Lord has made you priest instead of Jehoiada the priest, that you should be officers in the house of the Lord, for every man that is mad and makes himself a prophet, that you should put him in the stocks and in prison. ²⁷ Now therefore why have you not reproved Jeremiah of Anathoth who prophesies to you? ²⁸ For he has sent to us in Babylon, saying, “This captivity will be long; build houses and dwell in them, and plant gardens and eat their fruit.”
